The owner of this beautiful home had vision; I made his dream a reality. The marble and stone on this job were designed by the owner, and myself. When this project began, I had been working on his commercial properties, and his homes for nearly twenty years, including an expidition to the Berkshiers, in western Massachusetts, to work on his mountain retreat, a home once owned by Andrew Carnegie. The tile, marble, stone, and cast were meticulously installed over the course of many months by a small crew, consisting only of my oldest son and myself. A bullnose fabrication shop was set up on site to save time and trips to the shop. This home was recently appraised for $690.00/sqft.
