Spotlights
Some highlights from nearly 30 years in business.

McCue Residence

The owner of this beautiful home had vision; I made his dream a reality. The marble and stone on this job were designed by the owner, and myself. When this project began, I had been working on his commercial properties, and his homes for nearly twenty years, including an expidition to the Berkshiers, in western Massachusetts, to work on his mountain retreat, a home once owned by Andrew Carnegie. The tile, marble, stone, and cast were meticulously installed over the course of many months by a small crew, consisting only of my oldest son and myself. A bullnose fabrication shop was set up on site to save time and trips to the shop. This home was recently appraised for $690.00/sqft.

Krahmer Residence

Under construction between 1990-1992, this mansion was literally covered with marble. Floors and walls were clad with what amounted to over 40,000sq/ft of marble, much of which was bullnosed or "OG" edged on a shop setup on site. Everything was custom; most notibly, the exterior of the house was clad entirely with marble. The house also includes 3000 marble ballisters hand carved on a Philipino island owned by the client. 65 shipping containers were recieved, which included seven two-and-a-half ton, hand carved, soild marble bath tubs. To support the weight of so much stone, pilons were driven 60ft into the earth, and enormous marble pillars dominate the front facade, supporting the concrete roof. Located at the southern tip of Pinellas County, and with a property that backs-up to Tampa Bay, the house was designed and built to withstand 300MPH winds.

Tradewinds Resorts

We were tasked with every major remodel of the Trandwinds 20 acre property from their 1983 opening through 2008. The scope of the work over the 25+ years has been expansive: rooms were remodeled numerous times, a grand lobby and conference center were constructed, as well as shops, restaurants, a beach bar, fountains, pools and walkways.

Stetson University College of Law

When Stetson University College of Law, occupying the former Roylat Hotel in Gulfport Florida, needed work done, they knew who to call. Completed in phases spanning multiple years, bathrooms, and dorm rooms were remodeled, and brick courtyards constructed.
